Shipping policy

At Pure Beginnings, we are pleased to deliver our organic personal care products throughout South Africa. For delivery inquiries outside of South Africa, please email us at admin@purebeginnings.co.za.

 

  •  Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping exclusively within South Africa.
  • Shipping Costs:
    o    Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over R600 (excludes discounted orders).
    o    Orders Under R600: A flat delivery fee of R100 applies to orders under R600.
  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:30. No deliveries are made after hours, on weekends or on public holidays. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery at the specified address.
  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping Methods: We use reputable courier services to ensure reliable delivery across South Africa.
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Pure Beginnings is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, or if no one is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
  • Tracking Your Order: You can track the progress of your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active on the courier’s website.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Please include clear photos or video of the damage. We’ll assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the courier and either replace your order or issue a refund, depending on the outcome of the investigation.
