Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free for qualifying returns (defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items).
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.
How to start a return
Email us your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/video. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you and, if needed, arrange a collection.
Conditions for return
Items must be unused and in original packaging (unless the fault/damage prevents this).
Incorrectly delivered or damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Suspected manufacturing faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return, request a refund and place a new order.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Bundles, promotions & gifts
Refunds for items in bundles/promotions are prorated to the actual price paid.
Faulty or damaged gifted items may receive store credit (proof of purchase may be required).
